Before stepping into the world of yoga and wellness, I was a professional dancer, traveling the world and learning so much about movement, expression, and connection. That experience continues to shape the way I teach and hold space for others.
I’ve always had a deep desire to help people and spread positivity in life, and when I found yoga and meditation, I knew this was the path for me to share that purpose. These practices became a way for me to support others in reconnecting with themselves, finding peace, and embracing their potential.
Massage therapy felt like a natural progression, as I wanted to continue deepening my knowledge of the body and offer another way to help people access relaxation and healing. I’m trained in Swedish, pregnancy, and deep tissue massage therapy, and love combining physical and energetic awareness in my treatments.
I’ve completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, and my passion lies in making yoga accessible for everyone, you don’t need to touch your toes, balance on one arm, or be a guru to practice. Yoga, to me, is about showing up exactly as you are and discovering what’s possible from there.
My aim is always to create spaces where people feel safe, inspired, and free to explore their full potential, physically, mentally, and beyond.
Movement has always been my language, and I’m deeply grateful to share that through yoga, massage, and community.

With over 16 years of experience as a Personal Trainer working across Leeds and London, Rob has built a reputation for helping people make real, lasting change. His approach blends the science of movement and nutrition with a deep understanding of mindset and behaviour.
Rob holds advanced qualifications in Nutrition and Weight Management, and Sports Massage Therapy, and is currently studying for an MSc in Psychology — bringing a truly holistic perspective to his coaching.
Above all, he’s a father first. His journey as a parent shapes the empathy, structure, and balance he brings to every client relationship — helping real people make progress that fits real life.
My aim is to HELP YOU GIVE YOUR BEST TO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY by redirecting WHERE AND HOW You SPEND your TIME.
