In my yoga classes, we work toward a peak posture, with every movement, transition, and cue intentionally designed to support that journey. Each sequence builds with purpose, helping you understand not just how your body moves, but why.

I love to break postures down, exploring safe alignment for individual bodies so you can move intelligently rather than simply imitate shapes. We’ll talk about the anatomy behind each pose, bringing awareness and understanding to your practice, adding value, confidence, and purpose to the way you move.

You’ll also find elements of yoga philosophy woven naturally through the practice, simple, relatable ideas that remind us yoga isn’t just about postures, but about how we show up for ourselves and others in daily life. These teachings help deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit, without ever feeling heavy or abstract.

My classes can be dynamic and playful, but the focus is always on feeling good and enjoying the process, building strength, flexibility, stability, and mindfulness along the way.

You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga, that’s a common misconception. It’s like saying you’re too dirty to take a bath. Yoga meets you exactly where you are, helping you find balance, not perfection.

You’ll also experience breathing techniques and simple meditation tools you can use beyond the mat, to manage stress, calm the mind, and support yourself in everyday life.

This practice is truly for everyone. We’re here to practice, not to perfect, to move, breathe, laugh, and grow together. No judgment. Just yoga, philosophy, connection, and joy.

PREGNANCY YOGA

A group of women practicing yoga in a studio, in downward dog and plank poses, with yoga blocks on the floor.

My pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected throughout every stage of pregnancy. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to meet you where you are — building mobility, stability, and confidence as your body changes.

We move mindfully, focusing on safe alignment and anatomy-aware practices that ease common pregnancy discomforts, support posture, and prepare your body for birth and recovery. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, make adjustments that feel right for you, and build a deep sense of trust in your own strength and intuition.

I’ll guide you through modifications you can take into other forms of movement, so you can continue to move safely and confidently in any fitness or wellness setting during your pregnancy.

Alongside the physical practice, I weave in gentle elements of yoga philosophy — ideas of patience, surrender, and balance — to remind you that yoga isn’t about striving, but softening and connecting to what’s already within.

You’ll also explore breathing techniques and relaxation tools to calm the mind, manage stress, and create moments of stillness amid change. These are practices you can carry with you — in pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

This is a safe, nurturing space where you can move, breathe, and connect — with your body, your baby, and a community of women walking the same journey. No pressure, no perfection — just support, awareness, and care.
